Luxor is a city situated in southern Egypt with a population numbering roughly around 3,76,000.This great temple, at Karnak just north of Thebes, was the most important temple of Egypt right until the end of antiquity.It is rightly called the the “world’s greatest open air museums” as you will find the ruins of the temple complexes at Karnak and luxor standing in within the modern city.It is surely one of sights you can’t really miss out on.
